Fibre rich food like berries and oatmeal helps in managing a healthy stomach but at the same time helps in burning the fat of your body. Protein rich food such as seafood, lean meats, eggs and others builds your body and burns a lot of fat. 

  • 4.Include salad and fruits in your dieting plan 

Salads and fruits are very important source of fibre and acts in maintaining a healthy stomach so please include them in your diet plan.
